Before the Second Brain existed, I lived in an inbox with 25,000 unread emails and a mental to-do list that never fully unloaded. Getting out of it wasn’t a weekend project. It took a real seeding process, a few mistakes worth naming instead of hiding, one of them an AI agent that deleted something it shouldn’t have, and a weekly rhythm that actually held once the novelty wore off.
